Harmony Village is a collaborative effort uniting four trusted community organizations— MelodiousOne Educational Institute (MEI), Freddie Mae Foundation (FMF), Floyd Center Head Start (YMCA), and Project Life Positeen (PLP). Together, we provide a continuum of care from early childhood through adolescence, blending immersive arts education, therapeutic support, and leadership development to strengthen families and transform communities across the CSRA.
