Pledge Form Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between the donor ("Donor") and MelodiousOne Educational Institute, Inc. ("Organization") regarding the pledge made by the Donor to support the activities and mission of the Organization.
2. Pledge Commitment
2.1 Pledge Amount: The Donor pledges to contribute the amount identified on the pledge form to the Organization.

2.2 Payment Schedule: The pledged amount shall be paid based on the frequency and duration specified by the Donor on the pledge form,

2.3 Form of Payment: Payments can be made via credit card, check, bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
3. Use of Funds
The Organization agrees to use the pledged funds exclusively for general use in accordance with its mission and goals.
4. Acknowledgment and Recognition
4.1 Acknowledgment: The Organization will acknowledge the Donor’s contribution in via its annual report, website, event and special programs.

4.2 Recognition: The Donor will receive the following based on donor level: a certificate, plaque, naming rights, exclusive access and updates, personalized gifts and acknowledgments, public recognition in physical spaces, etc.].
5. Donor Information
5.1 Confidentiality: The Organization will maintain the confidentiality of the Donor's personal and financial information, except as required by law.

5.2 Contact Information: The Donor agrees to provide accurate contact information and promptly inform the Organization of any changes.
6. Modification or Cancellation of Pledge
6.1 Modification: Any modification to the pledge agreement must be in writing and signed by both the Donor and an authorized representative of the Organization.

6.2 Cancellation: The Donor may cancel the pledge at any time by providing written notice to the Organization. Any funds already received by the Organization will be used in accordance with the original terms of the pledge.
7. Tax Considerations
The Donor acknowledges that the Organization is a Georgia non-profit/charitable entity, and contributions may be tax-deductible. The Donor should consult with a tax advisor regarding the tax implications of the pledge.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia in the United States of America.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Donor and the Organization and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
